Tips Google Maps Android API v2 example: Draggable Marker

To make the marker draggable:
- sets the draggability for the marker to true by calling draggable(true) when new the MarkerOptions.
- implements OnMarkerDragListener in your activity.
- call myMap.setOnMarkerDragListener(this).
- override onMarkerDrag(), onMarkerDragEnd() and onMarkerDragStart().
